Mother Nance is a personal productivity app designed to help you track sourdough starters, save bread recipes, and manage baking sessions. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Baking involves variables beyond the App's control. Always use your own judgment when following recipes and handling food.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data.
Mother Nance is a tracking and organizational tool. It does not provide food safety advice. You are responsible for following proper food handling and safety practices. If you have questions about food safety, consult appropriate health authorities.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The App may integrate with Apple services such as iCloud and Notifications. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for users who violate these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
