Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mother Nance app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Mother Nance is a personal productivity app designed to help you track sourdough starters, save bread recipes, and manage baking sessions. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including:

• Starter names and feeding logs
• Recipes and instructions
• Photos you add
• Session notes and data

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we strive to provide reliable data storage, we recommend using the Export feature regularly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of tracking sourdough baking activities. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any baking results achieved using the App will be successful

Baking involves variables beyond the App's control. Always use your own judgment when following recipes and handling food.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

Food Safety Notice

Mother Nance is a tracking and organizational tool. It does not provide food safety advice. You are responsible for following proper food handling and safety practices. If you have questions about food safety, consult appropriate health authorities.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with Apple services such as iCloud and Notifications. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for users who violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
